Schram Vineyards brings a working vineyard, an on-site winery, the Schram Haus Brewery and the Bonfire & Barrel restaurant together on one Waconia property. It started with award-winning wine and grew into a full destination — somewhere to taste, dine, listen to live music, and gather for a wedding or private event.
